Alternative Outfit The Orphan The Poet Stream New EP Terrible Things, Release Eponymous Single Music Video

Acclaimed group The Orphan The Poet are excited to stream their latest EP, Terrible Things, in its entirety. The album will be released June 3rd. The Dayton-based band are also premiering a music video for the EP’s title track “Terrible Things”. Speaking on the video, frontman and guitarist David Eselgroth said the following “When I was a kid, I was never allowed to play violent video games. So naturally when we do an arcade inspired video, it’s going to have tons of lasers and guts. Sorry, Mom.” The video can be viewed below.

Both of these releases will culminate in an EP release party, slated for Friday, June 17th at Park Street Saloon in Columbus, OH. Tickets for the release party can be purchased here

Soon after the EP’s release, the band will embark on a series of supporting shows along with CONDITIONS as well as Cardboard Kids. A complete list of tour dates are provided below.
