The Bergamot to Perform at Summer Camp Music Festival

In what is quickly becoming a rich music scene, Brooklyn’s latest alternative duo The Bergamot are surely thrilled to announce that they will be playing Illinois’ Summer Camp Music Festival along with Moe., Umphrey’s Mcgee, Mudcrutch, The Roots, Jason Isbell, Lettuce and plenty more.

The outfit’s latest release, Tones, was released February 11th to widespread acclaim. The entirety of their latest release can be streamed below, and can be ordered here, or purchased via iTunes.

Also familiar with non-musical news, The Bergamot gained notoriety with their Unity Collective USA Kickstarter Campaign, which ended just this December. This success of this campaign birthed the group’s 50-state “Unity Tour,” during which the outfit traveled throughout the country in their volvo, documenting and screening the entire experience with their undoubtedly impassioned fanbase. Building off of this ideology in the wake of their “Unity Tour,” the band is now inviting their fans to sign their volvo after its maiden voyage throughout the states.

The Bergamot have gained both notoriety and praise from a number of publications, including Buzzfeed, The Aquarian Weekly, as well as The Chicago Tribune and more. Additionally, the group has opened for several prominent acts such as The All American Rejects, Young the Giant, and Ben Sollee.
