BOYFRNDZ Premiere “Going Under” @, New Album Out May 27th

With their eclectic yet readily identifiable sound and irreverent music videos, Austin-based group BOYFRNDZ have quickly and firmly attained a singular position within the contemporary indie genre. Partnering up with Brooklyn Vegan, BOYFRNDZ have released their newest single, “Going Under” which can be streamed here. This is in anticipation of their upcoming record Impulse, due out May 27 with the also irreverently named Brutal Panda Records.

The record itself already boasts the equally assured and well-received tracks “Ghosted” and “Hiatus,” and this tradition is sure to continue with the band’s most recent release. BOYFRNDZ also features production from the irrefutably hot-at-the-moment Jeff Zeigler (The War on Drugs, Kurt Vile, Nothing).

Impulse can be pre-ordered here and via the group’s bandcamp
