Safe, So Simple Debuts Music Video

Easycore/pop-punkers Safe, So Simple recently debuted a music video for their song, “Teeth Like Sharks.”

The song is from their sophomore EP, Too Close To Closure, to be released March 11th. The video premiered on Alternative Press, and was shot by Jeremy Tremp (who has also worked with The Word Alive and Slaves.)

“We’ve worked with Jeremy on all of our videos thus far,” says drummer Derek Ausseresses. “His creative process and constant pursuit of what’s next always pushes our videos to new heights. After showing the song to Jeremy we decided that we wanted a video that not only showcased our personalities, but also matched the up-beat energy of the song.”

Track listing:
1. Within Reach
2. Ghost In My Backseat (Ft. Joe Candelaria)
3. Teeth Like Sharks
4. Welp, Better Luck Next Year.
5. Do Or Do Not, There Is No Try

The album was produced by Matt Good from From First to Last and Cameron Mizell (Sleeping With Sirens, Hands Like Houses, Palisides) and features guest vocals on a track from Joseph Candelaria of Forever Came Calling. “Lyrically, the song is kind of our cautionary tale of pursuing music,” Ausseresses continues. “It really does take from our personal experiences as striving musicians.”

The album is available for pre-order now!
