After a little over a month of touring, the Frozen Flame Tour has come to an end. The last two stops of the tour were in Sayreville, NJ at the Starland Ballroom and in Philadelphia, PA at the TLA. August Burns Red is one of those bands that just gets better every time you see them. From their stage presence to their lighting rig. Everything has its place and is so tightly integrated with every song. The on cue strobes that match up perfectly with Matt Grieners’ insanely technical fills. Their set consisted of songs from every album they released, starting the night off with “White Washed,” which was the perfect way to set the mood for the rest of the night. August Burns Red gave the perfect blend of new and old songs, and even an amazing drum solo by Matt that included the rest of the band towards the end. Even though the Frozen Flame Tour is over, this isn’t the last time you’ll see August Burns Red. Keep on the lookout for these guys in the upcoming future.
